Number of participants is limited to 30 in order to keep the quality and ensure individual approach to each of the participants. With regard to the participating institutions and focusing on shared learning between lecturers, practitioners, students with experience already obtained and final year students and valuing their miscellaneous experience to share, the number of participants is divided into:

A.15 participants coming with experience already obtained at NGOs, NOHA Master Programme.
B.15 students coming from Baltic region with specialised educational background, being at their last year of studies with clearly defined motivation to stay in the humanitarian field of activities.

BSA is orientating itself to the specialised and motivated groups of students and young practitioners that already have the basic knowledge of the IHL, international public law, familiar with armed conflict studies and humanitarian assistance. Participants should be involved in, or planning to become involved in, an activity which gives scope for the promotion of IHL and humanitarian assistance.
